Manic Panic Blue Angel Creamtone Hair Dye is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't show up I'm a natural blonde, so I didn't need to bleach my hair to do this, so I just put some in and right when applying, it was just not showing any signs of showing up. I proceed to apply anyway and then kept it in for more than 30 minutes like told on the jar and nothing really happened. It looked grey, and not the in style cool kind of grey. I usually do use manic panic, but this was the first time using a lighter color, and probably my last. From doing this 6 times with the same brand, I recommend a darker color.
