It is slightly loose as a result of this, but definitely not too loose. It falls just past mid-thigh, which perfectly covers my awkwardly bulky quads.

I'm only 5'2" and most of the time everything is long on me but this skirt is just right. Cute enough to dress up a little and still sassy enough to pair with combat boots and a band tee. Also looks amazing with any of the Blackheart tights (I bought the kitty ones.)

Only thing I have to note (but this doesn't concern quality) is that while you're outdoors during windy days, the wind won't be kind when it comes to your public decency and this skirt :D
