Suavecita Hair Color Diluter is a white product that is an easy to use and specially formulated to work with your favorite Suavecita Semi-Permanent Hair colors to create subdued or pastel shades. For best results, pre-lighten hair to a pale blonde.
To achieve a lighter shade, start by putting desired hair color in a tint bowl, then add small amounts of Diluter, mix and repeat until you reach your desired color.
To achieve a pastel shade, start by putting Diluter in a tint bowl and add small amounts of Semi-Permanent Hair Color and mix until you achieve your desired color.
