A: No, you will be automatically directed to download the updated version.

Q: Will my data and points roll over?

A: Yes, you just have to log into your account again.

Q: Do I have to reset my username or password?

A: No, your credentials remain the same.

Q: Is in-store pickup is available via the app?

A: Not at this time, but we hope to add this functionality to the app very soon.

Q: Is curbside pickup available via the app?

A: Not at this time, but we hope to add this functionality to the app very soon.

Q: Can I make a shopping reservation in the app?

A: Yes! Click the link under "More" to book a reservation (labeled Store Reservations) via your mobile web browser.

Q: Is Apple Pay available in the app?

Q: Are gift cards, coupons and Hot Cash redeemable in the app?

A: Yes they are!

Q: I can’t see my Wishlist from the web in the app nor vice versa.

A: Currently the web and app Wishlists are separate.

Q: I have an older phone, can I still download the app?

A: The minimum system requirements are Android 5.0 Lollipop and Apple iOS 13 (this will require an iPhone 7 or higher).
