Cute but looooooong
Im between 5'2 and 5'3 and the skirt has to go up to my ribcage, practically right under my bust and it still threatens to drag on the floor. I do think this skirt would be better if it had an option for a short, reg, and long inseam, especially for the price, i do love it paired with a lacey body suit, i would recommend sizing down if your waist goes in more than your hips, i wouldnt base this off pant size, its got some stretch as well.

Runs slightly big
Love it. Got a large and it's a bit on the long side, and a tid bit big in the waist compared to the other HT maxi skirts I own.

Super cute and flowy
I love this skirt but it does run big so I pull it up and wear it as a strapless dress with the cardigan and a belt.
