The bodice and upper sleeves of the tank style cold shoulder dress are ultra-soft black velvet. The bell sleeves are made of a sheer, breezy chiffon material that matches the flowy skirt. The two fabrics are joined at the waist with a faux leather waistband with front lace-up ribbon detail. So many fabrics and somehow it works!
