Posters came poorly packaged/boxed & were damaged. Called Hot Topic & the guy was super nice, offered a replacement. Unfortunately the replacements also came in the same crappy flimsy damaged box but thankfully weren't smooshed down this time or ripped since they come rolled up and the first long box was flattened & in a U shape instead of straight like a poster should be. Since paying extra for shipping, shouldn't that cover a thicker more sturdy cardboard box or tube?

it seems pretty delicate and could easily get wrinkles in it, so be very gentle when putting them up
