i think mine came used? (ew)
Ordered one in small, looked fine on the outside, then i went to put it on and noticed there is "pilling" on the inside. I would've thought this was how the manufacturer made it, but i read some reviews that claim the inside is supposed to be "soft" and "fabric and quality are A+". That doesn't sound like the hoodie i got, since this thing is itchy, and clearly not A+ in either fabric or quality. Cherry on top is that i cannot return it, as it is on clearance, so that's fun.
Note: i ordered another hoodie from HT in the same order and it came flawless and not like this one at all. This one even smelled different.

Pretty. Cool
Really comfortable hoodie , nice fit and I love the design, however I’d like the employees to be more careful as my hoodie came with a cut from what looks to be from a box cutter, and I just happened to get the damaged item

poor product quality
I thought the design was pretty cool just for it to come w a rip on the sleeve cuff and for the hoodie to be super thin. Plus the design started peeling after only a few washes lol
