Cute Dress
Super cute! The empire waist is a little snug compared to the flow of the dress, but that works well for me because I have a narrow ribcage. So the fit is perfect for me. But it may be a bit tight if you are more square shaped.

Care bear stare
This is one of my favorite dresses I've bought from hot topic. I love and grew up with the CB's. Both my daughters also grew up watching the same care bears video tapes I did in the 80s. This dress is so beautiful and soft,I love that it's layered. I love the print and have gotten so many compliments on how great it looks. I wear it with leggings and UGGs and get fabulous.
