The ivory fit and flare dress has an allover nautical print of mermaids, swallows, roses, anchors and hearts and has a black crocheted ribbon accent near the hem. The bodice features a gathered sweetheart neckline with adjustable halter straps, and a waist panel with black ribbon lace-up corseting on the front to give you the ultimate waistline! Peeking out from beneath the full swing skirt's hem is a black tulle underlay. Back zipper closure.
