Size up if you want a normal fitting jacket!
I actually really love this hoodie. So I am 5'4 and 230 lbs and I ordered the biggest size because I wanted it to feel like a regular sized jacket and was pleasantly surprised that it did fit normally. It is cropped, but because of my height it actually covers just under my stomach (would wear baggy pants though) and it feels really nice. The material is very soft as well. The hood is ginormous though and the sleeves were hella long but I was able to shorten them myself.
