Comfortable and true to size.
I ordered these boots online and had them shipped to my local Hot Topic store, they arrived in a timely manner and when I went in to pick them up the staff there were great. Only had them a couple of days so they're still pretty stiff but I think with some wear they will loosen up. I usually wear a size 8 in shoes so I ordered them in this size hoping they would be true to size and they are. They fit well and I could probably wear a thicker pair of socks with them if need be. However, I wouldn't consider this a winter shoe. They are comfortable and I love the print on the inside. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and the product.

Terrible!
I bought these around Black Friday. It took around 2-3 weeks for me to get them. I’ve had them for about a month. I ONLY wear these for work, 3-4 days a week (the only reason why I bought them too) my job has carpet floors everywhere and I don’t jump or do anything excessive but stand. The heel just cracked and every time I walk my foot goes in a weird angel messing with my damaged ankles even more. Not only did these DID NOT LAST, they squeak every time you walk. I have shoes from Payless that lasted longer. Terrible buy, terrible material. Cute but terrible overall

Comfy but Cheap (Not Necessarily in the Good Way)
The sole from my old pair of boots (not from Hot Topic) had half-ripped off so I was looking for a cheap pair since I'm a college student. The price of these was great, but the leather is flimsy and one of the metal eye things from the lace holes has come loose (a quick fix, but a bit annoying after having them for about a week). So not the sturdiest; if you're looking for a pair to last awhile, I suggest looking around the site or store a more expensive but better-quality pair. But they're quite comfortable--the inside floral padding isn't just to look pretty--and I really like the style.

I dunno if I'd normally pay this amount of money for boots like these. They feel very thin and I worry that it won't take long for any cracks to form where it creases, which, is kinda the point cos they're supposed to fold down. Still breaking them in, so I can't say much for comfort yet, but I'm sure in a week they'll be alright to wear. They're just very thin boots, was expecting better quality for the cost- I've had boots that cost about the same that feel like they'll last longer and be more comfortable than this.

Nice Boots For The Price
When I ordered these I was a bit worried because I wear either a 10 or 11 depending on the brand of shoes, but I went ahead and ordered the 10 since that is what I usually wear. When I tried them on they did fit me very well so I was very happy about that. As far as quality, the material is very weird, almost like cardboard, only sturdier. I didn't expect much since they were only $30 though, so they are alright. They are pretty stiff, but once I get them broken in they should be fine. They seemed pretty comfortable as far as new shoes go though. I don't know how long they'll last, but they seem like a decent shoe for the price.
