Horrible experience!
Check your tags! I ordered this in a 4 and was taken aback by how small it was. Turns out there was a manufacturing error and despite this saying 4 on the hang tags and bag it was a size XL. Had to drive all the way to HT to return and in the end I couldn't even make my own mind if I wanted to keep it or not.

Beautiful And It’s Winnie The Pooh!
I love this Skirtall! I love the big Winnie The Pooh image on the front of it and the flower decals around Pooh. The length is great, this hits at the knee. I would suggest sizing up one size for a more comfortable fit, I’m usually a 1 and I bought the 2 cause these Skirtall’s run on the smaller side. Overall it’s Winnie The Pooh and I love it!
