The skirt is so cute but the sizing is alot bigger than I thought if you purchase this skirt I suggest sizing down than your normal size. Other than that it’s a very cute skirt and arrived very quickly:)

well made , good quality but runs a bit big
i love this skirt . its well made and its puffy and fluffy and looks like a cupcake. it is a tad bit too big like an inch and usually am a large in skirts everywhere . but hottopic does run a bit big with certain items. its not that noticable but something to think about. other than that this skirt is a good investment.

Great fabric quality!
Just got this and it fits amazingly. The fabric is a slightly heavier weight than some of the other skirts, so it lays nicely and looks great with a petticoat underneath. The high waist allows for wearing croutons or the option to just cover the high waist band. I have found I like both ways.

I’m a huge Kuromi fan for many years and I’m obsessed with this skirt. Sadly I had to get a small because the XS was out of stock, being that Hot Topic runs big I may have to get it taken in a teeny bit since it’s a little loose. But it’s worth it! I’m a 4 for reference.
