I snapped this sweatshirt up because I love the character of Peggy Carter and will buy pretty much anything featuring her. I am in the habit of washing clothes before wearing them, and promptly did so with this item, per the instructions on the tag. While hanging it up to air dry, I noticed that the colors, notably Peggy's hair and face, had faded drastically. This is very disappointing. I expect better of a new purchase. If I bought it used from a thrift store that would be one thing. One of the other shirts I bought in the same order also faded upon washing, though not quite as badly. I wish I'd left the tags on so it could be returned.
