1) took almost a month to arrive, and wasn’t here until after Christmas. They sent me reassurances it would arrive on time, but didn’t, and their customer service was slow to respond and seemingly didn’t understand the problem.
2) it looks cheap! Low quality and has a screenprinted in the basement look.

The arms on this hoodie were down to far. It looked like I had bat wings if I lifted my arms. It would also pull the whole shirt up if you lifted my arms. I’m a small in everything I’ve ordered from HT and I did check the measurements. There was no reason for this to fit like that
